Makati City Council authorizes the Makati City Government to sign an agreement with Philippine InfraDev Holdings, Inc. (hereinafter referred as "Infra") through the Three Readings of Makati Mass Transportation project by Makati City Council that Infra will conduct pre-feasibility study on Makati Mass Transportation project.
