  • Any person in order to carry out functions of public authority, and for collection and further processing pertaining to law enforcement, taxation or other regulatory function.

Personal Information Retention and Protection

We Retain Your Personal Information:

  • To the extent necessary in keeping track of your transaction and records;
  • To the extent that we are required to do so by law;
  • As may be agreed upon by the parties to a contract;
  • For statistical, research and other purpose specifically authorized by law;

Data collected will be retained in our database. When there is no further need to retain your data, i.e., when your transactions with us are done, we still retain your data in our database, unless you request for its deletion. All personal information shall be disposed or discarded in a secure manner that would prevent further processing, unauthorized access, or disclosure to any other party or the public.

Cookies and Relation Technologies

A cookie is a small file which asks permissions to be placed on your computer’s hard drive that originates from a website to record the user’s browsing activity. Also any changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on News and Updates of the site with a date stamped so that you are informed of the latest Policy update.
