Fiesta Casitas is a 5.2-hectare Residential Project comprising townhouse units. A total of 640 House & Lot Units are being constructed. Following the same design as Sunshine Fiesta, townhouses have an average lot size of 46 square meters and a floor area of 42 square meters. Fiesta Casitas started construction midway through the completion of Sunshine Fiesta, and launched at a higher price structure. This is also a joint venture project with Dell Equipment & Construction Corp. and Greenroof Corp.
